Amelia Island Lighthouse
The Amelia Island Lighthouse, perched on a hill overlooking the island, is the oldest lighthouse in Florida and a beacon of maritime history. Visitors can schedule a guided tour in advance through the Atlantic Recreation Center to climb to the top and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area. The Amelia Island Lighthouse property is open to the public for viewing on Saturdays from 11:00am - 2:00pm. Please note that only the grounds around the Lighthouse are accessible on Saturdays. For access to inside the Lighthouse, please schedule a tour.
